As a Member Group of the Events Resource Centre, its shared equipment, and resources we agree that:
- We agree to the $100 + HST annual membership fee to be a Member Group
- Equipment sign-outs are on a first-come/first-served basis with priority being given to recurring events
- There is no cost incurred for the rental of equipment
- Pick-up and drop-off procedures and timelines will be followed
- Care, transporting and loading/unloading of equipment is the Member Group responsibility
- Equipment is to be returned in useable condition in accordance with the terms & conditions of rental (which are agreed to at the time of rental), repair/replacement cost may be levied.
I confirm that I have the authority to bind my Non-Profit/Charitable organization to this agreement.
